Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Te & Te GbR1. Scope
We carry out your order for our appointment at the time of the current Terms from. Conditions of Use in its current version are available on our website www.shusta.de under the heading "Contact" as well as via direct link at the bottom of every single page. Moreover, we send you our terms and conditions of the contract confirmation.
SHUSTA reserve the right of errors caused by type faults or unintentional errors in the product information on our web pages. We cannot guarantee our pictures to display all colors with 100% accuracy.
2. Contract
You can via our homepage (Internet) order. By ordering the desired goods, you give us a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. We are then entitled to this offer within 7 calendar days by sending an order confirmation (by e-mail) to accept you. Your order will be considered adopted if we order them by thought. If your bid is not received within 7 calendar days of us are adopted, the offer is deemed rejected. About products that are listed in the order confirmation shall be no sale.
3. Delivery
We provide domestic stock merchandise usually within 3-5 business days via DHL to you. For shipping outside the Federal Republic of Germany and within Europe delivery of goods which are available will take regularly 10-14 days. For shipments out of Europe the delivery time depends on the mode of transport (air / land / maritime) and the destination of delivery.
All the above information on expected delivery dates or delivery rooms are non-binding, unless they are between ourselves as binding has been agreed. If we are in case of an explicitly agreed delivery in delivery delay, and then you set a grace period, this amounts to at least two weeks. If this grace period allowed defect, you are entitled to cancel the purchase.
4. Power of revocation
Right of withdrawal
Within two weeks you can withdraw in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) your contract declaration in written form or by returning the goods without giving any reason. The period begins on the date of receipt (of goods) of this revocation instruction in text form, but not before receiving the goods. In order to safeguard the withdrawal period is sufficient to send the withdrawal or the merchandise.

Consequences
You may return an item and get a full refund, or exchange the item, within 14 days from delivery. Please note that the item must be in the same condition when returning it, as it was when you received it.
In case of returning or exchanging items you will have to pay for all shipping costs. If returning because of damaged goods or if the return is due to a mistake made by SHUSTA, we will refund the cost for the item as well as the cost for returning it.
In addition, we ask you generally original labels on the goods not to remove or damage.
Please use for returning the enclosed return form and the original box. Fill the acknowledgment please completely. Your right of withdrawal fees regardless of whether you use the original box and return form.
If the delivered goods are defective or not it corresponds to the ordered goods, the right to guarantee is not affecting the right to revoke.
Transportable packages have to be returned. The return is made at our expense and at our risk. For each package is a return sticker on. If the return label is no longer available, simply call our service at: 0049 (0) 3076219780 and you will soon, a new return label sent. Obligations to reimburse payments must be made within 30 days are met. The time limit begins for us with the dispatch of your revocation or thing, with their reception.
End of withdrawal.
All prices are Euro amounts and are inclusive of VAT. Postage and shipping, according to the following statement be added under paragraph 6.

For each delivery in Germany we charge a flat fee of EUR 5.95, - for postage. Free shipping for orders over EUR 200, - .

7. Payment Terms
We accept payment by credit card, bank account, by prepayment or by Paypal.
a) payment by credit card
We accept VISA, EURO and American Express. Tell us the card number, the card (KPN) and the expiration date of the card. * The CVC (KPN) to find for Visa and EURO / MASTERCARD on the back of the credit card. It consists of a 3-digit code and follows the 16-digit card number. When the American Express Card is a 4-digit numerical code, located on the front above the card number is located.
Through the invoice your credit card account will be withdraw by the invoice amount.
b) payment in advance
We will send you a confirmation of your order via e-mail. After the amount on our account, the goods shipped. Please do only after receiving the order confirmation the payment!
8. Warranty
The warranty depends on the statutory provisions. Reclamations when we ask for proof of purchase date by sending the bill and complained article together with a copy of the invoice to the Te & Te GbR, Rosenthalerstr. 72, 10119 Berlin.
Normal wear or deterioration of the goods does not justify warranty.
9. Retention of title
Until the full payment all goods delivered remain our property.
10. Data Storage
We adhere strictly to the data. You agree to the storage, processing and use of, us by ordering your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) for processing your order. Your personal data stored will be used only for sending your product to the appropriate carrier contact information. All personal data is handled confidentially.
For marketing purposes, we maintain a data exchange with other mail and service companies. Unless you have agreed to be your personal data to these mail-service and contact information. 11. Right of appeal under the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG)
You have as Affected by the BDSG a right of objection regarding the use or transmission of your data for promotional purposes (lock indicator). In addition, there is a right to information as well as under certain conditions, a right to rectification, blocking and deletion of your files in one of our stored data.
12. Applicable Law
For all disputes arising out of or under this Agreement, shall be governed by German law to the exclusion of the CISG.
13. Final Determination
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, then the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
